R. M. Bob Tessari
Houston, Texas

President, CEO, and Director

Mr. Tessari began his oilfield career in 1965 working on the drilling rigs for Parker Drilling in Canada.  Four years later, he attended the University of Alberta receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.  He began his engineering career with Tenneco for 2 years  in Calgary then spent the next eight years working overseas as a drilling engineer for ARCO in Indonesia and later as AMOCO Egypt’s drilling superintendent in their Gulf of Suez offshore operation.  In 1982, he joined a small drilling company in Canada that designed, manufactured and operated six land rigs.  While managing this company, Mr. Tessari formed TESCO Drilling Technology in 1986 to do research and development on new drilling tools and processes. In 1993, Mr. Tessari took the company public as TESCO Corporation. TESCO was successful in developing a portable top drive system and commercialized this product for worldwide use.  TESCO also developed the world’s first integrated underbalanced drilling system, the tools and process for CASING DRILLING®, and the proprietary Casing Drive System™.  He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of TESCO since its inception until 2005, when he became its Chief Technology Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Tessari retired his position from Tesco Corporation in June 2007, but still remains a Director. Effective July 16th, Mr. Tessari assumed the position of President and CEO of Turnkey E&P Inc.

Mr. Tessari is a member of the American Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Association of Drilling Engineers, International Drilling Contractors Association and the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors.

Martin Hall
Calgary, Alberta

Chief Financial Officer and Director

Mr. Hall worked for Coopers and Lybrand in London, England and Calgary, Alberta from 1973 to 1980. Between 1980 and 1993 Mr. Hall held various senior financial positions with public and private resource companies in Calgary including Alberta Petroleum Investment Corporation, Albany Oil and Gas Limited, Charter Oil Company Ltd and Terrenex Ventures Inc. Between 1994 and 2003, Mr. Hall was chief financial officer of Tesco. Since his retirement from Tesco in April 2003, Mr. Hall has consulted for companies in the resource sector. He is currently a director and chairman of Drillers Technology Corporation and director and chairman of the audit committee of Wellco Energy Services Trust.

O.D. (Chum) Pharris
Houston, Texas

Senior Vice-President Drilling and Completions

Mr. Pharris has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. From 1968 to 1986, Mr. Pharris worked for Pernie Bailey Drilling Company, a small drilling contractor, most recently as Vice President, Operations. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Pharris provided drilling rig construction supervision and operations consulting to several companies before joining Tesco's top drive division in 1994. In 1999, he joined Tesco's Casing Drilling group and he is currently the general manager of the Tesco contract drilling division.

Michael A. Lynch-Blosse
Houston, Texas

Vice-President Exploration and Development

Mr. Lynch-Blosse has 30 years of diversified experience working with major and large independent energy producers and as an industry consultant. He has held various positions in the areas of oil and gas exploration and development, acquisitions, and strategic reconnaissance. Mr. Lynch-Blosse worked for Gulf Oil Corporation from 1977 to 1984 where he held technical and supervisory positions of increasing responsibility up through Division Operations Geologist. Mr. Lynch-Blosse joined Sonat Exploration Company from 1984 to 1998 where he served in key technical, management and executive positions including Vice President of Exploration. Thereafter, he independently consulted for industry clients and in 2000 founded and became Managing Partner of Resource Development Partners. Michael has a BA degree in Earth Sciences from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a MS degree in Geology from the University of South Florida, and a JD in Law from the University of Houston. Mr. Lynch-Blosse is a Certified Petroleum Geologist, Licensed Texas Professional Geoscientist and is a member of various academic and professional societies.

Scott Cailteux
Houston, Texas

Vice-President Finance

Mr. Cailteux has 28 years of financial management experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He worked for Union Pacific Resources from 1980 to 2000 where he held various positions of increasing responsibility including Assistant Controller. Upon the merger of Union Pacific Resources with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2000, he held the position of Assistant Controller with Anadarko until 2007. Mr. Cailteux earned a BS degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a MBA degree from Oklahoma City University. Mr. Cailteux joined Turnkey as Vice President Finance on September 10, 2007.
Dale W. Bossert
Calgary, Alberta

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Bossert has 42 years of diverse experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Between 1966 and 1978, he held various positions with Amoco Corporation in Calgary and Chicago before joining Union Pacific Resources Company where he spent 3 years in Calgary before becoming Vice President Production based in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1996 Mr. Bossert spent several months as general manager of the Canadian Division of Celsius Energy Company and joined Chesapeake Energy Corp of Oklahoma from 1997 to 1999 as Vice-President Production and Special Projects. Between 2001 and 2002 Mr. Bossert consulted for Bass Enterprises. Since then he has been an independent consultant to the oil and gas industry.
Arnold H. Brackenridge
Houston, Texas

Director

Mr. Brackenridge has 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is presently retired. He spent 1958 to 1964 with Texaco Inc. in Calgary and from 1964 to 1980 in various positions with ARCO Oil and Gas Company, most recently as Vice President, Rocky Mountain District, Denver, Colorado. Between 1980 and 1984, Mr Brackenridge was President of Tricentrol Holdings, Inc. and from 1984 to 1992 was President and Chief Executive Officer of Wintershall Energy. From 1993 to 1999, and from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Brackenridge was president of TransTexas Gas Corporation. Mr Brackenridge was a consultant for Dorchester LLC from 2000 to 2001 and for Elk Resources from 2003 to 2004

G. Allen Brooks

Mr. Brooks has been the President of G. Allen Brooks L.L.C., an energy market and financial consulting firm since January 25, 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Brooks was Executive Director Research of CIBC World Markets Inc. in Houston, Texas specializing in oilfield service companies from 1997 to January 2005. Prior thereto, he was senior research analyst with Howard Weil from 1993 and Director of Corporate Development for ENSCO International Inc. from 1990 to 1993. Between 1969 and 1990 Mr Brooks was a research analyst for various firms in the energy and financial sectors.

John F. Curran, Q.C.

Mr. Curran has over 35 years of experience at the bar practising corporate, commercial and oil and gas law. In 2004, Mr Curran retired from Bennett Jones LLP and has established an independent practice in arbitration and mediation of oil and gas, commercial and corporate disputes.

David J. Magus
Calgary, Alberta

Director

Mr. Magus graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 1965 and joined Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. where until 1977 he was employed in various engineering positions before joining Nowsco Well Service Ltd. where he worked until 1983, most recently as Vice President of Canadian Operations. In 1983 Mr. Magus started Magi Resources Ltd. and in 1988 he founded Magus Engineering Limited, which provides engineering consulting and field supervision to the oil and gas industry in Canada. Mr. Magus is also Chairman of the Board of Wireless Matrix Corporation, which provides wireless data services.
